GIVING: FINANCIALLY

An act of worship and love for God

At East Balsam Baptist we desire to ignite a passion for God. One way we encourage this is through honoring the Lord in all areas of our lives. Tithing is one way to honor Him as your provider and remind yourself that all of your resources belong to Him and are provided through His grace. As you give away that first 10% (or more) of your income, you set your course to honor God in the way you handle the rest of your finances.

When you tithe your money is placed back into the hands of God to be used to impact the lives of those in His Kingdom while providing resources to reach those who have not yet made the eternity-changing decision to follow His son.

There are two ways in which you can give toward the efforts of the Lord at East Balsam:

  1. During our weekend service: Cash or check can be given during any of our weekend services. If you’d like to receive a tax deduction for cash gifts, the gift should be placed in an envelope with your name and address on it.
  2. Online: Giving online is simple. Click the button below and follow the instructions to get set up. If you have questions, please email our church office.
  3. Text-to-Give: Text the dollar amount you would like to give to 84321.

GIVING: YOUR TIME

Loving the body of Christ.

At East Balsam Baptist Church we desire to ignite a love for the people God has placed in our lives. One way we show this is through giving of our talents, time, and energy to build up the body of Christ. We are a church that would not exist if it weren’t for our volunteers. With only two paid positions it truly is our volunteers, partnering with the Holy Spirit, who carry our church forward on a daily basis. From greeting guests to serving treats, rocking babies to playing the drums, our volunteers are doing their part to build the body of Christ here in Balsam Lake.
